beet root chopped :1 cup
coconut (grated) :1 spoon
jeera powder :1 spoon(roasted)
mustard seeds :1/2 spoon
onion chopped :1
mashed garlic :4(cloves)
yogurt :1cup
heat oil in thavva splutter mustard seeds.add onions, garlicpaste,cook on low flame for 5 min then add coconut followed by beetroot,chilli powder,salt,jeera poweder.cook for 2 more min .. remove from flame then add yogurt...
Season with grated carrot,kothmeer...add glamour to it....:-)
