  2. VEDAM - 5 different people & 5 different ways of life , interconnecting & converging them to fight against the depraved forms the premise of
    the story.

Among them ,the story of little boy and his grandfather is captivating. The grandfather's struggle to provide better education to his grandson is truly heart-touching .The other character which is entertaining as well as alluring is that of Cable raju. Arjun's performace at the hospital is brilliant and his scenes are heart-wrenching.The inner struggle of good vs bad within him is shown beautifully.

Anushka is good but her character lacks depth.
Manoj Bajpayee's performance is decent but the only highlight of his character is to bring a change in the attitude of the cop.
Manoj felt like an outsider in the movie as if performing something else altogether and towards the climax his expressions are really weird. His chemistry with Arjun sucks towards the end.

The high point in the movie is the interval. The scenes towards the interval are bewitching.Screenplay of the movie is really good.It is difficult to combine five stories giving equal importance to all characters, which the director did quite convincingly. krish's brilliance lies in showcasing atrocities of ram sena to evils of terrorism & plight of weavers of sirisilla to predicament of flesh trade in amalapuram with equal conviction.

krish's attempt is different but we expect a better product from the director of gamyam.
