- ingrediants:
- 1 cup grated louki
- 1 cup atta
- 1 big spoon jawari atta
- 4 green chillies
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tea spoon neembu juice
- 1/2 spoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 spoon kaali mirch
- 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup corriander
- 1 spoon ghee
mix all the ingrediants add salt to taste make a soft dough ,
roll them in desired shape fry in medium flame on thavva
